You may be asking, "Why would you need a group website?" - especially since the foundation of Drupal Groups takes place on groups.drupal.org (GDO). Well, we wanted a site to better aggregate information from a number of different resources, like our GDO and Meedup.com accounts, as well as something that could auto post to our Twitter and Facebook accounts as well.
We spent a good deal of time deciding what the goals of a website would be. We new we wanted to showcase local talent and showcase local Drupal Websites. We also felt Indiana needed more education about what Drupal is and how it could help them, and in that same sense, we wanted to show people that the local group is an active and growing group. So the main sections of this site focus on:
